Tija Donovan, NCSO, OHSP

Tija began her career in safety in the fall of 2014 by taking courses at the Saskatchewan Construction Safety Association (SCSA) to earn her Health and Safety Administration (HSA) designation. She soon wanted to further her education and enrolled in the Occupational Health and Safety Practitioner Applied Certificate course at Saskatchewan Polytechnic, where she met Emily. In the fall of 2017, she completed her studies to earn her Full Certificate and started working at Industrious Safety Management Ltd.

Elissa Miller

Elissa comes from a farm in Saskatchewan and has worked as a professional arborist since 2013 in various parts of the province. She has worked in other fields including landscape construction, stone masonry, and cabinetry building. Working in Forestry, which provided dangerous environments on the job nearly everyday, Elissa understood the demand for safety in the workplace as a top priority. She pursued a career in Occupational Health and Safety through an education at the Saskatchewan Polytechnic Institute and graduated with distinction. She began working with Industrious Safety Management Ltd. in 2024 and continues to advance her training while serving her clients.
